Andrej Holm earned his doctorate in sociology and is a researcher at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. His areas of expertise include urban and housing policy, and the social conflicts which arise therefrom. In his research projects, he deals largely with urban renewal, gentrification, and housing subsidies in the field of city planning.
